Switch [BUG] Cowboy Poncho Not Changing Color When Dyed

A very small issue, but! I was trying to dye the Cowboy Poncho top (made with cloth + rusty spur) a different color, but no matter what I used, nothing changed any bits of color on it that I could see, not even the Prismatic Shard.

Just confirming that this is still the case just over a year later. Sucks because I wanted something to match the pink cowboy hat! :(

I did check, and it's definitely labeled "dyeable" by the way. (I should note the thread was tagged for the Switch but this is also the case on Steam.)
