On the latest version on the Nintendo Switch.
In the recipe cards that come up when “B” is pressed and in your inventory, the cooking item is titled “Vegetable Medley.” In the Cooking recipe selector that comes up when a stove or cookout kit is approached, the same item is called a “Vegetable Stew.” If the Stew is cooked, the notification in the bottom left corner shows that a Medley was cooked.
