Solved [BUG] Community cleanup bug

Hey guys,

I accepted the community cleanup quest but the recycling bin doesn't appear behind the train station, and there's a question mark where the bin should be. Does anyone know what to do to solve it? I don't use mods and I'm playing the beta version. (I installed SMAPI in the past but didn't use it, now it's uninstalled)
Before that I was having the same trouble with the special request board and the beta solved it. I verified the files and it didn't work.

I've only installed SMAPI because I was trying to fix my previous issue with the special request board but I didn't installed any mod with it.

I get that, but smapi still sticks its fingers into things. You should be able to get a smapi log, and the folks that frequent the Mod Support forum are the folks that'll be able to read the smapi log to verify one way or the other. That's all.
