PC [BUG] Community Board Missing

The cutscene occurred and the board was invisible which was very confusing. Then, when I went to go check it out I only saw this (uninteractable) exclamation point. I thought it could be due to mods but I removed them all, uninstalled SMAPI, and reset the launch options to open through Steam. It is still like this, and I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?

It looks like you are on the 1.4 version of the map... 1.5 updated it to have a bigger grassy area where the board goes.

Maybe verify your game files through steam?
