Android Bug. Cant move on cutscenes

Just started the mobile version a couple days ago and noticed that I can't move during some of the cutscenes. For example I just had to skip the cutscene where Linus is going through George's trash can. I couldn't move at all to speak to Linus, the only option I had was to skip the cutscene.

I am using the invisible joystick and 2 button configuration on a Galaxy S21 Ultra

You're not supposed to move during cutscenes.

You should be able to select dialogue options, which is a problem sometimes on mobile if the zoom level didn't fit.
