PC [BUG] Cannot play on external monitor (E/ Escape issue)

Pressing E or Escape to open inventory causes the game to switch from external monitor to my MacBook screen when not in fullscreen mode. When it is in full screen mode, pressing E or Escape causes the cursor to disappear. This makes the game unplayable on my monitor. Didn't have this issue before the 1.5 update

I'm having the same problem with my mac and external monitor, did you find some way to work around this? In fullscreen mode, my cursor just disappears when I open the menu.
