PC [BUG] Bush in front of Lewis' house did not disappear with Special Order Board

Title. Once I go into town, I'll get the cutscene for the new special order board, however the bush that was in front of Lewis' house was not removed, so the special order board is completely inaccessible. I can see the exclamation point denoting a quest is available, but it does not let me click on the board (and acts like I'm interacting with a normal bush).

I think part of it is that I played this save last before 1.5 was released and made it all the way to 4 Winter. Ik the special order board is 2 Fall, so I think something got missed up. Kinda sad that I'm going to have to remake the save.

Do you have mods that change the game map?

The date shouldn't have any effect. Many people got the board on save files that were several years in.
