As the title says, I have a BENQ EX3501R 100hz monitor and the game just won't go to higher framerates. Oddly, it caps itself at 61fps when looking at the steam frames counter. When in fullscreen, it's still the same but stutters even more, with v-sync on and off.
There's a small workaround I found that reduces the stutter in fullscreen: Repairing the 'Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 Refresh'. But the frame cap is still the same.
