PC [BUG] 127/130 golden walnuts, no hints

I am at 127/130 golden walnuts but not getting any hints from the parrot. I checked my save file's collectedNutTracker tag against another someone posted and don't see anything missing. Am I mistaken?

Did you play the dart game three times? It has no hints, and while I don't know what the right string is, I don't see anything that sounds like dart in your file.

There are golden walnuts you do not receive hints for...

The only grouping that works for 3 is either the Banana Shrine, and it looks like you did that... or you are missing 3 of the 4 from the dart game (3) and the bush in the Gem Bird Shrine area (1).
