I was playing in multiplayer and my friend had in his inventory 2 Gourmet Tomato Salt that Kent gave us (mine and his). When he talked to Gus, he took both copies of Gourmet Tomato Salt and gave back only one Stardew Valley Rose and I was unable to continue the quest line.
