Buff Hoppers!

Allow hoppers to take item outputs from production machines and funnel the items into a below chest.
Allow hoppers to grab items from an above chest to increase hopper storage and feed it into a below production machine.
Allow hoppers to dispense hay into silos.

These buffs would allow for more automation, which is satisfying.
