Brazilian Portuguese Typo/Display Text Errors

✅ Moderator note: these should be mostly fixed in Stardew Valley 1.6.16, except some instances of obrigado in generic text which applies to any gender.

Text Error:
the word AGREDITO, the correct is ACREDITO.
Platform: Windows 11 Pro, Steam.
Version: 1.6.15

PS: I also noticed that some interactions have female characters saying "OBRIGADO" with an "O". In Portuguese, the word "OBRIGADO" (thank you in English) has a female version, which should be "OBRIGADA" with an "A" at the end. The male version remains "OBRIGADO".

✅ Moderator note: not a translation issue.

The text in this dialogue seems "doubled" as it's showing the dialogue for both genders.
When talking with fizz for the first time, on Nintendo switch V1.6.9 build 37, the line "Nós não somo divulgados como os outros produtos da Joja." should be "Nós não somos divulgados como os outros produtos da Joja."
Typo in Sebastian's speech, "sintia" instead of "sentia"
Typo: the word "analizei" is meant to be spelled as "analisei"
Text Error: the word AGREDITO, the correct is ACREDITO.
Fixed in the next update (tentatively Stardew Valley 1.6.16). Thanks for reporting them!

Mostly fixed in the 1.6.16 too. Some instances of obrigado are in generic text which applies to any gender, so there may still be a few cases where it's shown for female characters.

And there's a display issue that sometimes happens with the text of the Quest's reward screen. The button for the reward sometimes overlaps the text that shows "[...] will be thankful"
I will try to get a screenshot later.
Were you ever able to get a screenshot for that issue?
Fixed in the upcoming 1.6.16 too!

Display text error in Adventurer's Guild.

Plataform: Switch
Does this still happen with the latest version? If so, can you enter /printdiag in the in-game chatbox, and post a screenshot of what it shows?

I tried to load some of my saves and pick up a quest, it produces screens like this:
2.png
6.PNG

Is it only me or the text in English version has smaller inter-line space when there are many lines? Because as you can see, the number of the lines above is the same.

The same screens in English. Looks like the text is much shorter, maybe this generic text could be shortened a little in PT version?

P.S. Please note the inter-line size in EN and it PT versions.

Two items are named "Placa de Pedra"
In English they are the Stone Sign and the Stone Slab
Not a problem in-game so much as for the wiki...
An alternate translation for one of them would be most appreciated :D
Thank you!

@骑凤散人 I can't fix translation issues myself, but I'll be letting the translators know about these threads before the next update so they can include any fixes needed.

Forwarding a report from another user:

"Hi, I'm playing the Portuguese version and I noticed that on the open map when positioning the mouse on the adventurers' guild, the opening hours are until 10 pm, but when you read the sign in front it says until 2 am, and obviously you can enter until 2 am without any problems.

By the way I found this other dialogue where Mernie refers to the farmer as "obj" probably object."

Another report:

"I was playing and I noticed that the translation of the PT BR version is wrong, the channel Livin' Off The Land when it mentions that corn lasts 2 weeks but in fact the correct translation is ''Vamos falar de milho. Esta é uma lavoura diferente, pois dura duas estações. Isso mesmo: enquanto muitas plantações morrem quando muda a estação, o milho sobrevive. Você pode cultivá-lo no verão e no outono. Agora vá plantar um pouco de milho!'' I noticed that on the wiki it is also wrong."
