Blew up my sewing machine??

Teklf

Hello,

I think I blew up my sewing machine that I got from Emily when I accidentally placed a bomb in my house. Is it possible to get it back or did I make a huge misstake??

Oh no! I did that before, but took out a perfection item (not too perfect now, am I?). Immediately started the day over.
There's an old thread that talks about this exact situation. In short, you yourself cannot get the machine back.
I'm not sure if another player joining your farm (friend or afk second controller) would get all mail rewards from board missions. Worth a shot?

Thank you for the replies everyone!
was pretty much what I expected also glad to find out I’m not the only one blowing up my farm from time to time :)
Nope, bombs are fun in mines but dangerous to have on farms. I always stash those in a chest straight away after mining. Except I’ve set them off doing so more than once. Lol

That actually works? I mean...I knew it all along!
My kid joined my farm once upon a time & in her mailbox the next day was a duplicate of every special order reward I earned up to that point. But of course you knew that:)

I was just getting ready to ask the original poster what they were doing with explosives in the house and here you are blowing up your farm? What is this world coming to...
Easy Farming!

All spots have Deluxe Speed Gro with current season Crop
Last harvest is on the 28th
After 28th harvest, plant Fiber Seeds
Next day on the 1st, pick up all Sprinklers
Carefully Bomb the right spots to smithereens and pick the remaining bits to remove growing Fiber

You now have perfectly tilled Farmland full of Deluxe Speed Gro on the 1st.
No clearing debris, Hoeing, Watering, Fertilizing

Now you just put the Sprinklers back down and plant your new Season's Seeds.

1. Equip coffee for breakfast
2. Make 50 bombs because I don't have enough staircases to complete "danger in the deep."
3. Sort pack contents. Bombs move to equipped slot.
4. Step away from the workbench
5. BOOM!
6. Restart day.

Maybe you needed a stronger coffee ... see, this is why I'm not allowed to use the coffee machine. Strictly cold brew or a pour-over using a Vietnamese filter. I can't botch basic physics.

For spring to summer you can also use coffee which is cheaper, for summer to fall you can use wheat which you could wait and harvest if wanted, and you can leave fiber seeds from fall 28th until spring 1st (nothing important that needs fertilizer can be grown in winter anyway) for your spring harvests too.

I second this approach! Saves a buttload of time and energy.

OK....

Farmer Bobbi admission time.

So.

I do Deluxe Speed Gro to get in 3 of the outdoor valuable crops per season, Rhubarb (Sp), Starfroot (Su), Pumpkin (Fa) as all 3 take 10 days to mature. If you get a Crop in on the 1st, you harvest and replant on the 10th and 19th and then last harvest on the 28th.

Suspicious, I know. Seems like Min/Maxing . Hm, I will consider how to rebrand this...

But it makes me feel like a Farmer so I do it anyway. That means that I can't let the Wheat grow so I'll probably stick with Fiber for Su-Fa. But Coffee from Sp-Su sounds great, I will consider this option as it's renewable and I recently reduced my dependence on Coffee with a strategery change. I generally like to grow Winter Seeds but I get 2 or so of those crops in so I can have Fiber Seeds in the ground Wi-Sp but really, do I need Winter Forage?

Hm. I believe this works and is lifestyle-consistent.

I will repay the Min/Max loan I take out with 3 crops per season by leaving the Fiber in the ground the entire Winter, to be Scythed up on Spring 1.
