Android black screen

Hi everyone. Just today, I started having a problem with the game on Android. The screen suddenly goes dark. All I can see is my toolbar and energy, plus the game sounds. I wanted to know if anyone could help me fix this. I tried clearing the cache and forcing it to close, but nothing.

Tbh, i don't have any problem when i first downloaded this game but, when i started resetting my internal phone like all files in the phone will be deleted and i try to downloaded it again to start a new game. Then this happened. I also starting to get black screen same with this guy who only have 1 item and a health bar on it and the sound of the game. How can i talk to the game management itself?
