iOS Black screen

[Average Stardew Player]

I was playing stardew valley on my tablet (apple) when suddenly the screen turned black and all I could see was the toolbar and my energy bar. I tried closing out of the game and getting back in but it wouldn't work. Eventually like 10-20 mins later, it resolved itself and started back up again. I just want to know if there is a faster way to fix this or if there was a reason it happened.

I assume you're talking about playing SDV on an iPad. Which version of SDV are you playing and is it the latest version? Is your iPad on the latest iPadOS version?

It sounds to me like you may have had many other apps open and maybe there wasn't enough RAM available, or battery/power-related. Have you had this happen after an iPad restart and having only SDV open? How much available space do you have on your iPad? Were you playing plugged in or did you plug it in after the screen went black?
