Windows Black screen just when the prologue ends

I'm trying to play stardew valley in the game pass (xbox game pass) but in my pc, and after putting the name, customize the character and watch the prologue, when the character walks into the house it black screen and it doesn't continue, saves and then black screen. Could anyone help please?

Hello, Kingslayer8374! Sorry for answering so late. Try deleting the Stardew Valley folder in AppData. If it doesn't help, maybe you try to name your farm without using the Latin alphabet? After I named the character, farm, favorite thing in Latin, the game successfully saved and started working.

I found the fix.
Instead of trying to run the Stardew Vally.exe in the directory of Xbox Gamepass as administrator which you can't do, simply do the following:

- Press The windows Key (Win10 or Win11)
- Type "Stardew Valley" in the search bar
- The Stardew Valley "App" should pop up.
- Right Click the "App" listing and click "Run as administrator".
- Problem fixed.
