For a dollar, you can buy McGriddle buns by themselves. For like fifty cents you can add cheese. Buy two, and you get two cheesy McGriddles, and two plain McGriddles. That’s my favorite.

Unfortunately some products are country specific. When I was in Germany I tried a cheeseburger with basil pesto. It was awful. On the other hand, when I was in America, I understood why the chain had success. The portions were a lot bigger (a medium menu is a large menu in my home country), but we got sauces we never heard of before.
To answer your question: A BigMac, fries, chicken nuggets with sour cream and a coke are my go-to food when I visit McDonald's. Wow, I become hungry now
