Being able to write in the journal

It would be nice if the player could add their own to-do list or just to journal in the game, an option just to perhaps write down descriptions of their favourite days in stardew, or their goals that they want to achieve so that when they open the world like a year later they still remember what they wanted to do.

The new Farmer's Notebook mod allows you to have a written goals list - it's amazing. The journal part of the mod is where the game records all your "firsts" in the game, as well as completed tasks by season - it doesn't allow a personal written journal but this feature is a nice reminder of how far you've come in the game and what happened each season.
