Being able to purchase Clay from either Clint or Robbin

I think it will be nice to be able to purchase clay from either Clint or Robbin.
It is a bit of a pain to get pre-Ginger Island and will aid you in crafting all the brick path you would want to use on and around your farm

You can also get a little more Clay by digging up the Mountains, Train Crossing, and Beach. But as imnvs said, the Mines are more efficient as you can just dig up a level, then leave and go back in and repeat, as the Mine levels reset each time you do this.

I'm Year 4 now, and my count has passed 1,200. And given the things you can do with Clay, I think it's a nice time in vs reward out situation. If you're dedicated, you could get Clay using this method.

Robin already buys Clay, so I think it would make most sense to buy it from her. But if it was added, what would you want the price to be? If it's anything like the other prices at Robin's, then you probably won't be able to afford a big amount pre-Ginger Island anyways.

Even wit hginger island you only get about 40 a week.
I actually have a post on the main forum that I recently posted showing a easy way to get 140+ clay a day without rng manipulation.
The thread is titled something along the lines of: "Viable clay farming method (*spoilers)"
I need about 4600 clay minimum for a project I am working on so made that post to educate others on my finds.
I do aso love the brick path though just never have enough of it.

You can also rng manip clay farm, just the beach can net you about 180 in about 6/7 hours.
