Beginner Junimo Cart Tips

Is it normal to struggle this much on the first Junimo Kart level? I can’t even get past it and I’m wondering if there’s something obvious I’m missing.

Yes.

Assuming you're the same 'normal' I am. Except I'm not terribly normal but when it comes to Junimo Kart I might be closer to mostly normal.

Haahahhahaa! This made me LOL and yes I sort of anticipated that as I have nothing to offer in Junimo Kart except shared sympathy and an interest in getting better if it's possible!

I usually play junimo kart via the web version https://thomaswp.github.io/JunimoKartWeb/Source/index.html?mode=2&level=0
It has a bit more coins than the in game version, but it is easier to play for a couple of minutes and quit again.

As for the first level, I would say that the main thing to learn it how far you jump depending on how long you press the jump button.

The fruits do different stuff in the modes. In progress mode collecting all three fruits will give an extra life. In endless mode collecting all three fruits gives 5000 extra points. If you want to get 50k points in endless mode, getting the three fruits on the first two levels really helps.

Sooooo I can voluntarily torture myself anywhere with web access using not only the perfect device made by the world's most unassumingly cunning creator, but now I can do that in public on practically any device in existence, even a showroom refrigerator?
