1.6 Update Bait Maker - Oh no. I am addicted again

I'm not going to call the Bait Maker over-powered. I think CA did a good job of balacing it. But it sure is a game changer for me! For the first time, I was able to make good money catching Catfish. And, Oh!, the Super Cucumbers and Pufferfish at the Ocean in the Summer once I reached Fishing 10 with a trap bobber (I am a very poor fisher player). I just wanted to share how happy I am about it. I wish I had taken the chance to try it with Spring Ocean Flounder and Lake Largemouth Bass.

By the way, I love how fishing treasures make fishing more fun. They give me enough goodies to take the pressure off mining for a while. It's kind of fun to focus more on fishing in early Spring until I get to Fishing 6 or higher. I kind of live by little rules, and I have about settled on a rule to never intentionally skip a treasure, even when I am rushing fishing experience.

If you are a poor fisher (like me), you want to put in your iridium rod, the tackle which slows down the progress bar (unlocks at fishing level 6) and the brand new deluxe bait (makes fish bite faster and makes the fishing bar larger), in tandem! Our prayers (for easier fishing) have finally been answered, rejoice!

Not only is the trap bobber a craftable item, making it significantly cheaper than buying them from Willy, it is also profitable to craft them just for selling, if you have spare copper bars and sap lying around, as the bobber will sell for more than its separate ingredients.

Also if you have a deconstructor (putting under spoiler just in case),

an almost-expired bobber will still yield the same materials back as a complete one. For a trap bobber, you'll get back a copper bar. You could now remake a new trap bobber if you have 10 sap. Good for other bobbers too. Deconstructors in general can let you recoup a lot of material - bascially anything that has a crafting recipe, even if you didn't make that specific item. Eg: you pull up a treasure chest while fishing and get a dressed spinner, popping that in the deconstructor with give 1 cloth.
