I made it in a pixel editor program, it's not available in-game though I'd love to make a simple mod to replace Lewis with Farmer Bobbi.

I took a screen capture of my in-game sprite at a pretty big size so I could see each of the squares clearly and then resized it in a pixel editor program so each of the pixel squares was 4x4 pixels (I use Pixelmator on Mac because I know how to use it). Making it bigger than just the minimum 1x1 pixel makes it look better on a web browser as things scale differently on phones and computers.
I downloaded the Golden Lewis Statue pic from the SDV Wiki. So now I have my color guide in the Lewis Statue.
Open Golden Lewis in the pixel editor app
Desaturate the Bobbi pic so it was grayscale
Then identify the darkest colors (mostly borders, eyeglass frames and cat whiskers), sample the darkest color from Lewis, and using that color paint in the darkest 4x4 squares on Bobbi
Repeat for the lightest colors (glasses only I think)
Repeat for the next darkest color (much of the shading) and next lightest color (skin and hair highlights)
Repeat for the middle colors.
I think there are only 6 or 7 shades so the job only took maybe an hour once I figured out how I should do it.

I wish I had that kind of creativity and talent! So jealous!
I play on mobile on a few year old iPad so dont have that capability. But maybe one day apple will allow mods…probably not though.
Their products seem to do the least damage to the environment (at least that we’ve researched) and have the best security and privacy options, but they are so picky with their app restrictions. I guess it’s a minor unpleasantry to help the earth and have good security/privacy options. 
My husband has a MacBook but it’s got his work stuff on it so I don’t use it. iPad is enough for me for what I need.
