Any tips on starting a new save after finishing the community center + movie theater?

ive started a new save on stardew, but its kinda hard to play it since i have that other save. (and i usally play that one more) any tips?

Set up some way to differentiate the two saves, there will never be motivation to play a new one if it’s functionally the same as the other.
Create a challenge, some restriction, or a different final goal for the new save.
