Any ideas on how to do this?

I need some help to know if what I'm trying to do is even possible. I'm trying to get my saved data from my PlayStation onto my Mac to put it in the perfection tracker, but so far, no luck. I would like to able to know what I'm doing and what I'm trying to achieve, but inputting it all myself is quite tiring and I'm unable to put how much money as well as other things I have achieved into it however it won't let me add the amount of money or achievements. Any ideas or tips if anyone has done this before I have had a look around online but to no avail.

I believe that is entirely impossible, at least with the way that the game and file system currently works. I think the only way this would be possible is if a server-type system and the proper infrastructure for that was set up allowing for file transfer that way.

Otherwise due to the way console manufacturers inherently limit file access it's impossible.
