I came here after specifically googling alt pizza options for the game. We definitely need all of these in game! Maybe somebody's made a pizza mod though? More research!

I don't know that they include pineapple or anchovies, but someone did make a pizza mod! Not sure if it's compatible with 1.6 though.

It would be cool if you could use pizza as an ingredient (like hash browns for complete breakfast) with one of several other 'topping' options to create specific pizzas that villgers who don't normally love pizza would love.
