Allow the skinny bushes to be cut (outside of your farm)

Allow the skinny bushes to be cut (in Cindersap Forest, and in other locations those show up outside of you farm). They hinder your movement, especially if you are on a horse.

You can cut them down on your farm, but I wish it could be done throughout the map.

Leave the berry bushes alone though, so you could still forage during the appropriate times.
