Added Mobile Support To My Stardew Valley Inspired Survival Game!

As many of you mobile players were unable to play my game I've have added Mobile UI support to my game 2D Survival Game Terratop.
You can either buy the full android game or enable "Touch UI" in web demo.

With new UI I also did some major bug fixes. As now,

• You can place objects after breaking them.
• Self damage after spawning is fixed.
• Game dosen't freeze anymore after replay.
