Achievements not activating

Me and my friend have been playing co-op for the past few weeks, but some of the achievements aren’t activating for me like perfection. We have both been to the summit and seen the cut scene but still nothing.
Also monster hero only says yes when he is in the game even though I’ve completed all the missions for it.
What else came before done we are on console?

Is he the host? The game sometimes doesn't give achievements properly if you aren't the host of the farm, I've completed the cc on two of my friends farms and still don't have the cc achivement on my steam account for example
