Xbox Achievement issues remain and now constant crashing on xbox series x

Since build 37, I have never been able to unlocked the "Danger in the Deep" achievement despite doing it multiple times and trying to replicate what others have been doing to get it to unlock retroactively. Today, with build 41, the achievement is still broken and I cannot make any progress because every single time I go to sleep to save my progress, the game crashes and kicks me to the xbox dashboard.

Bumping for awareness. The trophy and achievement but MUST BE FIXED. It cannot be overlooked. C'mon CA, it's the right thing to do
