About PPJA mods

I've noticed that these mods are giving me some serious problems in the game, for example, when I plant something from this mod like fruits, vegetables, etc. They give me more than 200 of that same fruit or vegetable. Then I noticed that some machines from this [PPJA] Artisan Valley mod stopped working, I really like these mods because they add more things to do in the game, but I've also been having a problem, there's an object that they're asking me for in a mission, and these mods simply make it disappear and I can't even do it. What should I do?

If you are playing with SDV 1.6 check out the Cornucopia mods and Wildflour's Atelier Goods - An Artisan Goods Expansion on nexus. Mizu and Wildflour have been hard at work, converting A LOT of the stuff from the PPJA to be compatible with the updated game.
