Xbox [1.6] Perfection Achievement Not Unlocking

Confirmed I have reached the summit. See attached photo.

Went to Ginger Island to see if that helped. Have the perfection tracker statue on my farm.

Not unlocking the achievement.

Bump because I also still have this issue where I had 100 percent completed pre 1.6 and rewent to the summit post 1.6 and the achievement did not unlock. Since then, I have got the tracker back to 100 percent and went to the summit with no change.

I am having the same issue. I reached the summit with perfection pre 1.6 on Xbox, and now I am unable to unlock the achievement for perfection. I have the perfection tracker at 100%.
The monster slayer percentage drops from 100% to 90% every time I load into my save, and can be maxed back to 100% by killing a monster, so this could be a factor… long story short- it’s frustrating having that 200 gamerscore treat dangling over my head just out of reach even after I performed all of the tricks

Yes, that is correct. No achievement even with 100% completion and with summit and statue of true perfection both unlocked. I tried picking up the statue and replacing, revisiting the summit, talking to every single npc… all to no avail
