Switch 1.6 Community Center Softlock

Ran into a soft lock today on switch in coop (unsure if an issue for single player) while adding items to a bundle. I had dropped an item at my feet then went to add an item to a bundle and when I grabbed the stack of items from my inventory it picked up the one I had dropped. Since the bundle only required one item from the stack, my selector still had the items, and I was unable to exit out of the menu nor drop the items.

honestly, I’ve been encountering this one for over a year and it still isn’t fixed. i’m not holding my breath.

it happens anytime your inventory is full, there’s an item at your feet, and you try to pick up one of the items for the community center. There’s no way out of this screen at all.
