1.6.9 beta bug? (playing with a few mods)

hello!

started playing the 1.6.9 beta today with the following mods:

• SMAPI
• movement speed
• generic mod config menu (for movement speed)
• stardew hack (for movement speed)

after marnie showed up at my door with the dog for me to adopt, the text in the dialogue box for selecting "yes" or "no" to adopting looked a wee bit broken (see attached photo). not sure if this is from the beta or if it's because of the mods not being up-to-date for 1.6.9 (i do have the latest versions).

Try looking to see if there is an error log, that might help. If there isn’t, can you provide what happened after if you have proceeded after the event and what option you chose. Try removing the movement mods, then smapi, and see if the bug persists.

i clicked yes and was given the option to name the dog. i named the dog and the game proceeded as usual. i didn't experience any other bugs while playing.
