PC [1.54] Some NPC speech should be situational

Two issues where NPCs speak and the sentence should be reserved for a certain situation.

For example I am in the bar and Emily has just told me:

"This house was left in our care by my parents.They've been travelling the world for the last two years"

This should be reserved for when Emily is in her house. Her parents don't own the tavern!

Gus will wish me Good Evening regardless of time of day. This should be reserved for evenings.

Another one Shane said:

"I'll definitely be going to the saloon tonight, there's nothing else to do" or something like that, when it was just before midnight and he was walking home.
