Found it extremely difficult to install mods.
This apk is ready to play,
SMAPI already installed
just add mods.

Download,
Enable developer settings,
Enable manage all files permission for "files" app or for the filemanager of your choosing,
Enable install unknown apps,
Run the app.
*Advanced Android13 install*
Find your "files" app,
App settings,
Delete updates.
Cant believe it works..
Now you can access your android/data folder to add mods and saves.
Mods go to:
/android/data/com.zane.stardewvalley/files/mods
