Switch 1.5.? Bug- Giving Vincent Winter Star Gift

Giving Vincent a gift for the Festival of the Winter Star crashes my game. I went to the festival as soon as it started at 9:00 am, and did stuff on the farm before then. This happened twice when I gave him ginger ale, so I tested it again but with pink cake. It crashed with pink cake, too.

Both times, the dialogue for giving the gift to Vincent completed, and the screen faded to black for what I assume was getting a gift. But it crashed.
