Windows 1.5.6 second screen issue

After Updating Stardew Valley to 1.5.6 I am unable to drag the game window off of my main screen and onto my second screen. (I've restarted the game, restarted my computer, deleted the startup preferences, and unplugged and replugged in my second screen. no dice)(this was not an issue before the update)

If you have some more information on this (your OS, whether or not you're playing on the compatibility branch, etc.) it would be helpful!

Just an update for the thread -- we discussed the issue off-forums and have it resolved for the next hotfix!
