Since 1.6, I'm getting the secret note "Someone is waiting for you on level 100 of Skull Cavern" long before I've gotten to floor 25. In fact I've gotten it prior to even reaching the bottom of the regular mines and gaining access to Skull Cavern (or repairing the bus for that matter). I don't...
