house upgrade

I have been trying to upgrade my house to include the nursery but every time i try, it just says i don't have enough money. I do have enough money plus extra and i have the right amount of hard wood. I have a BUNCH of mods all updated but nothing new from when i upgraded the house the first...

So on my current farm, I am trying to upgrade all four cabins (The more space the better) but when I quickly start a split-screen co-op, give my other character to materials and have them buy an upgrade from robin, It takes WAY longer than four days to upgrade it. help?

After 3 house upgrades and all room enlargements have been added I have no visible option to add nursery.Robin has no work now and ‘shop’, ‘construct farm buildings’ and ‘make house renovations’ options are visible but nursery is not. Do I need to unlock it somehow or is it a bug?

Robin had just finished house upgrade 2 for me, and the next morning my Statue of Perfection was gone. The rest of my furniture is still there. I also cannot interact with grandpa’s shrine anymore either. Is there any way to get the statue back or is it gone forever?
