game freeze

I am new to using mod, can anyone help me fix this problem? every time i enter the volcano (ginger island), it crash or freeze it never happened before (vanilla game), and i dont know which mod can cause the crash i dont want to clean the mod or disable some of it, cause i didnt want to lose...
