criticism

I seriously **hate** when I accidentally gift npcs an item just because I'm holding it. I was trying to load up the crab pots at the lake, but Leah was standing in front of one of them, and I accidentally gifted it to her instead of putting it in the pot. There should be a confirmation popup...

I have been playing Stardew Valley 1.5.4 on PC(offline), and mostly enjoying it. Only mostly is a shame. The game is excellent... except in the actual playing of it! The controls are killing me. And a few other things. So here is my constructive criticism...
