whenever I try to open my saved co-op game it crashes it never happened before how can it be fixed?

Hey !! so i've recently gotten SDV and i've been playing with compatibility mode since without it my game simply won't run, but i found out that mods don't run w/it, so i was wondering if anyone could help me with the issue i've been having??
