I would say no. Memorizing an NPC's schedule isn't an achievement or anything in the game. There isn't even a way to keep track of it in-game. Whether you just remembered Marnie has a doctor's appointment on her birthday or you looked it up isn't really giving you an unfair advantage over anyone...

I know there is a mod for this but I'm a console player. I can't believe this isn't already a thing but since all the other townspeople have birthdays and we don't is really tragic. You should have an option to select your birthday and on that day, some people could give you gifts.
