I should - It's such an eyesore. In a previous game I put it in the town square and it ended up in Marnie's bedroom - I was tempted to leave it there, but the completionist in me had to have it on the farm somewhere. I think I ended up sticking it in the fruitbat cave.
I haven't got it yet in this game. I don't think I have the right secret note, but I'm not sure I even need that?

Anyhow, I played most of the night, because somehow I couldn't sleep and I got tired of watching reruns of The Mentalist. LOL!!

I played the last week of Winter. I managed to forget Leah's birthday, as I was busy collecting bug meat for Willy. I brought it to him that evening and Leah was already gone from the saloon.
The next day I went to the beach and was greeted by the disgusting display of Willy surrounded by fish and wriggly bug meat. 🤢

Thursday was the Feast of the Winter Star, and I gave Demetrius a strawberry and got a pumpkin pie from Leah. Still no teaset. Maybe she would have given me one if I'd remembered her birthday? (I know she wouldn't, she's not coded that way. But I just have a disturbing habit of thinking of this collection of pixels as if she were a real person. 😜)

I remembered Clint's birthday. That means that I think I forgot three birthdays in total this year. Must be a new record. I'm really bad about birthdays.

I spent a few days fishing. I didn't manage to catch the glacierfish. I think it's the worst of all of the Legendaries. I was really just trying to practice for Spring, because I am hoping I can catch the Legend next year. If I manage to increase my fishing skill, that is. I think you need to be Level 10, so maybe I'll have to wait another year.

I decided to spend my money on the barn upgrade. I will need truffles and truffle oil, so I need pigs. Also, I really do want to be a shepherd and have a second barn full of sheep.

Another thing you can do with the blessing is equip challenge bait and catch three of them.

I do that too - and then the statue recieves a regular bonk with a galaxy hammer.

Reached the end of year 13, and my end-of-year sale. Ended up with three bouncy lines. Mining, because I sold most of what my statues of endless fortune had produced and a stack of prismatic shards, jumped up and down the height of the small boxes. Farming, because of the jelly and gold quality mayonnaise, with the numbers touching the inside of the brown border. And of course the total being the bounciest of all, touching the outside of the brown border. :proud:

*does math* Earnings and full stack value up about 87 million in the last year. Have been letting diamond harvests and the kegs on Ginger Island slip a few days too many, I guess.

Also filled the 17th stack in Abigail's chest of amethysts just before year 13 ended. 19 stacks to go...

One of the things i really do miss about HM is the cowbell. I don't miss bringing the cows in every night, but it would be a fun little feature to have something like that in SDV so that you can play with the sheepies and other aminals
