I got Gus's Famous Omelet, but in my journal it says 8 eggs collected, 9 eggs in Gus's fridge. Huh?

Collected =/= deposited, make sure that the eggs you're putting into his fridge are ones you're collecting off the ground/from an autograbber after the quest started, and not from a chest, or other storage container
