Xbox Game Crashed, Empty Museum and Community Center

Me and a friend have been doing a co-op farm on Xbox, really enjoying it, almost finished our last year and during the squid festival, our game crashed and kicked us off, when we loaded back up our farm was gone, we was distraught, but after a quick search online, we found a way to get our farm back and we did!! However all of our community center bundles are gone and so is everything we donated to the museum, we are so disheartened 😩


Wondering if this has happened to anyone else? what do you think we should do? Should we start again? But what if its happens again? should we continue? But if we build the bridge bundle again (thats still there) and cause a possible future crash?


We love the game and wanna play as much as possible but we dont want it all to be for nothing a second time, thanks in advance

Yeah same happened to me and a friend just the other day most progress was saved, the golden tiles to access the community center are completely gone, the only one I can get to is through the menu but stuck in a state where it's counted as done so I can't even do it again, bus is still repaired along with the bridge and minecart, just can't access anything else, all of the museum rewards I had up until the rust key are still counted as complete luckily, yet even though that's good I still have to completely refill the museum anyway, and if it helps them figure it out at all after the disconnect and I'm guessing failed save point, the game "load" selection looked as if it was a brand new farm, default character, 500g and no play time, but it loaded it completely fine all progress except the previously mentioned bug's, and a simple save after that fixed the save file appearance data. Definitely a major gamebreaking bug.
