flashing lights in thunder storms

i love stardew valley and would like to play it with my sister but the stormy days have flashing light which my sister is very sensitive to.
i would like there to be an option to turn it off!
im sorry if there´s a button i missed but this is a problem and its a head ache to skip days every time im playing with my sister and there comes a stormy day.

I don't have any problems with flashlights.
But i know that especially in younger children, flickering and flashing lights can trigger a kind of epileptic seizure.
Many modern children's films and games unfortunately pay far too little attention to this!

If you’re on PC, you can find the option to turn off flashing lights such as lighting and bomb explosions from the settings menu! I’m unsure where you can find the option for it on consoles.

I can confirm that option is there for the Switch version. Not sure about other console versions but I doubt it'll be different
