All my mods are empty

I open Smapi and all 80 of my mods have an empty file so i go see my files and they are all empty, I don't know if that means my saves will be gone too but right now i cant even get into my modded saved. I saw someone say I need content patcher, but i had it and its contents are gone too. Someone please help I have over 500 hours in my saves.

Missing files sounds more like an Anti-Virus issue.

Also, I don't think its anti-virus because I've been using smapi for 4 and a half months now and this has never happened.

I don't know how to take screen shots but if I go into Stardew valley expanded I can go to [CP] Stardew Valley Expanded > assets > Maps > FestivalMaps > Positions, and there is nothing inside of Positions.

I FIXED IT. I got no idea how it happened but all my mods were in the trash can and a duplicate of them all was in the mods folder. The 11 mods that worked all had something in common, they only had one folder inside the main folder. all the other ones that didn't work had at least 2 and the last one there was empty, I just had to swap around the ones in my mod folder with the ones in the trash and it worked.
