I deleted a npc mod and now i get an error

I deleted the npc kirby mod and now i get this error

Error Handler sometimes helps with removing missing NPCs from saves.
But, basically to fix this; you'd have to remove the NPC data from the save, or reinstall the mod to fix the crash.

In the suggested fixes at the top; it mentions you don't have Error Handler installed.
From one of my old posts on reacquiring Error Handler:

Redownload SMAPI: https://smapi.io/

Extract it; then go into the SMAPI 3.18.2 installer/internal/windows/ folder, and extract the 'install.dat' file.
Go into the extracted folder, and copy the "ErrorHandler" mod folder back over into the Mods folder where the rest of the mods are.

See if that works for you; otherwise post your save here, and I can help remove the NPC per the directions in my earlier post:

Ok I reinstalled SMAPI and now the Error Handler works and now the NPC was removed thx
