Multiplayer partner crashing randomly

Not sure why this is happening, but the crashing seems to happen out of nowhere. I thought because of the timing that it may be tied to a bugged item spawning in, but I can't imagine what it could be. we've been getting rid of mods one by one and so far no luck. going to have another go at it when I wake up tomorrow and maybe try disabling artisan valley but I figured I'd ask you wonderful folks for some suggestions before I turn in. Thanks for sharing both logs.
I'm not see any real errors.

The only thing popping up when they disconnect is a note about a timeout. So, possibly connection issues to your computer.
